1. About GBIDDER

GBIDDER is a fictional collectibles auction and collection game. It simulates listings, bidders, sellers, deliveries, collections and a Bank for entertainment only. GBIDDER is not a real auction marketplace, and simulated listings do not sell or deliver real collectible goods.

2. Eligibility and use

You may use GBIDDER only if you are legally permitted to do so where you live. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for activity on your account.

3. Fictional economy

All GBIDDER Bank balances, currency, items, listings, bids, sellers and bidders are simulated. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed, and cannot be exchanged through GBIDDER for money or real goods. Game values and outcomes may change as part of operating and balancing the game.

4. Accounts and save integrity

Signed-in play may store your game state, Bank, collection and entitlements against your account. Guest play may be stored only in your browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared or unavailable. Do not attempt to alter saves, balances, listings, entitlements, payment results, requests or service protections, or use automation or abuse that disrupts the game or other users.

We may reject invalid commands, correct corrupted or inconsistent game records, limit abusive activity, or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the service and its users.

5. GBIDDER PRO

GBIDDER PRO is an optional A$12.99 AUD one-time digital purchase through PayPal. It is not a subscription. Once payment is successfully verified, PRO permanently unlocks the full videogame catalogue for the entitled account. PRO does not provide in-game money, items, improved odds or a bidding advantage.

The sealed GBIDDER PRO retail software package found in the game is a fictional item bought with simulated game currency. Owning or opening that in-game package does not itself grant the real PRO entitlement. Its Add to Game Room action may lead an eligible signed-in player to the separate real A$12.99 AUD PayPal purchase flow.

Payment confirmation and entitlement status are determined by the service on the server. A return page, browser message, screenshot or client-side state is not proof that an entitlement was granted.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, secure, change or discontinue parts of GBIDDER. We will not intentionally remove a valid paid PRO entitlement merely because game content or presentation changes, subject to applicable law and circumstances outside reasonable control. The service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, faults or third-party services.

7. Intellectual property and conduct

GBIDDER software, artwork, names and game content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless permission is given, you may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them except where applicable law permits. Do not upload, submit or communicate unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing material through any available service feature.
